What we keep

Only what we need to send your order: name, delivery address, email and phone. Card details are handled by Stripe only; we never see them.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment), Box Now (only what the parcel needs), Supabase (storing pre-orders) and our accountant (invoices). No one else, and never for advertising. For pre-orders we keep your name, email and any optional details only to send you the payment link.

How long

As long as tax law requires for invoices. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@doroathinas.gr. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

In case of any difference, the Greek version of this text prevails.
