When will I get my oil?
Orders open with this year’s harvest. With a pre-order we set your tins aside and email you a payment link. After payment your parcel leaves within 1–3 working days.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Only Stripe sees your card details, never us. A pre-order is not charged.
How much is shipping?
€3.50 with Box Now anywhere in Greece, free from €40. You collect from the parcel locker you choose.
Is it really organic?
Yes. The grove and the oil are certified by Green Control, code GR-BIO-07, which is also printed on the tin.
Why a tin and not a bottle?
Because a tin lets in no light at all, and light is olive oil’s worst enemy. It also cannot break in the post, and it is recyclable.
How do I store it?
In a cool, dark cupboard with the cap closed, away from the stove. The best-before date is printed on the tin.
Can I return it?
If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it. To return an unopened tin, see the “Withdrawal & returns” page.
Do you ship outside Greece?
Not yet. Email info@doroathinas.gr and we will let you know as soon as we ship within Europe.
