You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Email info@doroathinas.gr with your order number.
What can be returned
Unopened tins with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons, an opened tin cannot be returned.
How
Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return shipping. We refund the price and the original shipping within 14 days, to the same payment method.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge.
In case of any difference, the Greek version of this text prevails.
